Paul Yates graduated from Santa Clara University and after 10 years in the retail finance sector he co-founded a consumer genetics company in 2011. After learning from the creation and development of the cyber-physical products at the company, Paul founded Gustav Consulting to help other companies by providing agile consulting to large, Fortune 500 business. During his tenure working with clients and their teams he has served in multiple industries including Finance, Entertainment, Aerospace, and Defense.
